Yes I know technically its not a bonus, but that is what I call it. I am just curious if they are going to pay out this year and what is the ratio.

Yes you will get it. It is being given out during the current pay period
I am on the outside having been a victim of the RIF so that is why I am asking.
There should not be any variable comp considering how many people they let go....if they were in that bad of shape. Better yet, they should have announced they would not be paying out bonuses this year or doing 401K matches in order to save jobs.
But, they did it in 2015 too and everyone got their variable comp in 2016, including the ones they let go. Stupid.

How is that a positive post? People questioning what their variable compensation payouts will be? It shows terrible communication is running rampant in the company.. Nothing positive about that..
