Many employees are capable of working from home but are discouraged from doing so. The company has very loyal employees that will continue doing whatever they need to do and I see the company putting out product and serving the customers as usual for the next few months and beyond.
Even though we are told to stay home if we have a fever, sick employees will still show up for work because you get an attendance point for calling out, and they still want to earn money so they can pay their bills. Darned if you do, darned if you don't.
Might impact sales but we're past the point where sales matter. Only way a plant closes due to virus is if gov't orders things shut down. Dean Foods execs will pay sick employees to stand around infecting each other because sending them home otherwise might affect a sale and thus their bonuses.
