Yeah but the % is sh– it’s like what 6% for bonus. I’ll keep my 12% and 120% payout at a much better tech company than Dell (been there done that)
Last year it was 136% also the amount of BS you need to put up with to get it isn’t worth it. I wouldn’t think of this bonus as amazing, it came at the cost of the people laid off along the way.
Yeah, dell changed the base percentage on us last year from 8% to 6% so it's126% of 6%, smaller base . It sounds better. You cannlie to yourself and say you are getting 800% bonus and just base that on 1% of you salary.
