Kroger has no loyalty to anyone except their customers!

Kroger has no loyalty to anyone except their customers if you can't tell. So if I was you I would get out before it's too late. They allow their customers to be absolutely down right rude and disrespectful to their employees and that's okay because they spend money there. NO! And you wonder why the employees are so rude and never wanna smile. Cuz number 1 we are tired of deal with the rude customers who think they are entitled to everything. 2 who tf wants to do all this work and meet all these goals for the CEO to get the bonus instead of the ppl who met the goals. Kroger needs to learn how to better treat their employees and maybe then they would see a difference. Stop stressing them out and over working them!!!!

I don't know what you are talking about. Kroger no longer believes in customers first. It is all about the bottom line. Doing reports and audits. We have started all the audits and reports again. Even is it is a pandemic.
The sad part is they made our yearly profit for the year in the first quarter. So what did they do...
Borrow another billion dollars. It is ok... just layoff experienced long term employees. So they can go take all that knowledge to the competition.
Just bring back customer first and take the barriers off our jobs. Like all the audits and reports.
