Everyone posting on here is on the same page. We're angry, we're sick of this bulls*t company and its fake "values," we see what's really going on! So what can we do? Call them out. Send emails, knock on their doors, write letters to the editor, make them hear us. It won't matter–they will do whatever they want–but how great would it be if the leadership were bombarded with people speaking truth to power? I believe there is a Grand Plan going on, and it doesn't include any of us. The enterprise is going in a different direction. I knew the very first day I worked here that this company was f'd up. What a cluster!

Chill out gang. What will happen, will happen. Update your resumes and get out while you can. The company doesn't want to pay for benefits for their employees because that is too expensive for their bottom line. They will cheerfully allow per diem labor where there is no benefits like health insurance, 401Ks, etc. I can cheerfully say that when someone closes a door, somewhere God opens a window. Find your window and opportunity for a better job and life with your families. They are laying off the people over 40 because they think that older people aren't innovative and lack initiative. There is life after Optum/UHG. I was laid off without warning last November by a cold hearted wench who just read a script. Stay strong and don't let the bullies win.
