Hearing mixed reports on bonuses - some groups getting bonuses and some are not - any ideas on when we’ll hear the confirmation on payouts and percentages?

Any news about SBA Canada? It’s pretty sad when you are told to do more with less all year long, and that the company is doing great - and then it’s all mum until bonus time. Let’s see if it really will be 100% baseline payout like we’ve been led to believe...

Bonus will be paid out at NAD. SD was mum on when the specific baseline percentage because it depends on dept, role, merit, etc.
Any news on bonuses?
We heard at our sales conference that there will be a payout in SBA Canada - but everyone is tightlipped about how much. A senior person slipped it will be 100% because we have good expense control. But someone else shared that it’s around 50% because we have missed nearly all the targets. I think we find out in 2 weeks.
Anyone else have any news?
