How do you join a class action law suit?
Williams has acted in bad faith at every opportunity. The arbitration agreement won't have teeth right away, pure scare tactic.
That is a question for a lawyer. Subsequently, anyone that was employed after 1/1/2020 accepted the arbitration agreement and it is highly unlikely that they can join the case.
