Rumor is the last week of March a huge layoff for all of marketing across Optum. They are looking to drastically clean house and no one is safe. Even if you got a good review you should start looking now for another job.

Is this info about a huge marketing layoff from a reliable source? "All of marketing" meaning PMs, IMMs, creatives, everybody? Why would they do this? What's the grand plan? If anyone can elaborate, that would be awesome.
Any idea if this mass lay-off in marketing will start this week with the rumored March 4 & 5 layoffs?
