Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Bye bye TP?

Wonder if he’s leaving on his own or was pushed out.

How long was Flynn in that position? Seems like TP didn't last long

If there are any thoughts that TP is exiting under his own decision, you’re believing the marketing being delivered to you. This was a very well deserved termination. His predecessor Ed Flynn was a class act that led sales in a conservative and consistent fashion. Since Ed’s retirement, this office has delivered nothing but a toxic leadership style with zero effort towards collaboration. Right now there are many people clapping over this exit- and they are clapping the proper way, not vertically.

Example of a lack of leadership for sure. Good riddance.

TP is Tom Perotti global sales and marketing president. Since he8 sticking around until end of fiscal year (June 30) it sounds like he's leaving on his terms

Debbie Dyson ought to be reporting to burger king! She has no business in any type of real leadership job.

It is interesting along with Dyson now reporting to Ayala.

Yes, but just to the senior leaders. Everyone else will get the announcement tomorrow. Gotta love how ADP treats non senior leaders as children.
