So, they implemented Financial Force and now my timekeeping and expenses (Workday) don't reflect any of the accounts/projects that I cover, but interestingly enough, some from 2016 are in there!

So no timekeeping or expense reimbursement for me until it gets fixed and all I can do is open tickets on a website as there is NO ONE to call.

GSO Base team released (8 US based employees) and replaced with 8 new Tijuana employees. Assuming at this rate they even plan to replace the Hyderabad India team with low cost bodies in Mexico.

“Some entire software product jobs headed to India, get out now“

Quality is suspect now. Moving dev to India will only make it worse.

Freedom to work for a customer is a beautiful thing! Welcome to go, anytime...

You could start with the team that is in charge of the Financial Force implementation. This is another example of a string of failed internal new system implementations with a HUGE amount of problems. Another one of the "we're excited for this opportunity" to "this system is terrible" withing the first 4 days. Don't you believe in testing & trial to make sure it's right BEFORE general release to the rank & file?
