Many of the Health Solutions Clients are not happy with the recent layoff. They feel much needed people were laid off that are needed to support them. Clients are posting on user group blogs they are now looking for other vendors and would like to get away from DST-SS&C.

It is evident that DST SS&C does not care about their clients or employees. They will care when we clients stop paying them.
We are a client as well, and have had enough.

We are a client that uses the DST services. Our CEO has instructed us in a meeting this morning to find another solution and move away from DST. He said this layoff is the final straw after we had been promised we would have specific individuals available to us that were laid off to help us through the many issues we have been dealing with. We were working daily with specific people now these highly skilled people are gone. Too many broken promises and lack of follow though. We have had enough !
