IT Department has a lack of leadership starting in this department and moving up. Unfortunately, the SCADA team lost all of it's true leadership in 2019 and is crumbling based upon the current manager, director, and CIO. It's unfortunate but when you have no integrity, it definitely shows. During the current "leadership", nothing good will happen within this area but especially within IT as a whole.
Lack of ethics...
Lack of integrity...
Void of leadership...
My recommendation...
If looking, stay away
if existing employee, look elsewhere
