Does anyone have any viable information in regards to any of the ongoing criminal, civil, or class action lawsuits? FRONTIER’s management/supervisory team should give a public account of their incompetence and face real jail time for fraud and malfeasance.

There should be an employee class action suit. This company was intentionally ruined by the top brass. Customer’s wanting service, but with Ftr road blocks, never being able to provide service. Creation of this company must of been some type of backroom deal with Verizon to run it into the dirt.
There should be a class action lawsuit against the CWA and IBEW for lack of services rendered. They sure are quick to take those dues though!

A company owes nothing to it's employees. Generally speaking, a company can willing or unwilling tank and nothing is owed to it's employees. The only responsibility a company has is to its stockholders and sometimes customers.
