Sears or Fry's?
I was certain Sears will be long gone by now but somehow it's still standing and shows no signs of giving up any time soon - even if there is only one store left in the end.
Meanwhile, Fry's has started dropping stores one by one with no explanation or indication that anything is being done to reverse the trend.
So can it happen? Can Sears outlive Fry's after all?
Close, actually the real estate is usually held by a LLC that the Fry's and Kathy Kolder own separately from the stores.
Neither, they will both still be around, with a different business plan! Long Live to retail!
