Lord help everyone that stays at FRONTIER. The only corner they are turning is the one at the court house. Please don't lie to people that are trying to save their pension. This company doesn't give a damn about you or your future - if they did care it would have never got this bad. We have to telling them for 4 yrs how bad the systems are and two complexed, Verizon had all their systems talking to each other, Frontier has nothing that works - locks up all the time - upgrades in the middle of the week - outages in the network weekly . We care is just words to them, they have never once showed they cared about techs or customers. Their ship is a life boat now, figure out how to swim........

Listen folks, there is no reason to leave Frontier. We have turned the corner. I know we had some turbulent times, but we sailed thru the storm together. We are a family at Frontier. The managers, supervisors, and leads are here for you because we care for you. Best of times are to come!

If you enjoy repeated emotional sodomy, being buggered financially in the stairwell, being ratted out by your pod mate to the trailer park supervisor, and purchasing fake rolexes in the executive parking lot, Frontier is the place for you.

Obviously we don't want to use names, I'm sure you can hear and see for yourself the way this company is treating people,customers,vendors and managers that are being threatened to write up techs no matter what or else. I've never seen a company that doesn't have mirrors to see how bad they are and how they look to the public. We have always been told to think for yourself and empower yourself on decisions you think are right " VERIZON" . This company wants you to do nothing till they tell you what to do - which is most of the time wrong and to complex. I hope for the techs that are staying we can only wish they sale and let another company that knows how to run a communication or data company bring it back to a successful business.. THAY NEED TO BANKRUPT AND THEN GO AWAY... 🙏
