Nothing is more discouraging than an organization, who, in order to meet their EBITA targets continues to cut jobs. I was with Randstad Corporate for five years now in various roles.
This organization restructures at a minimum of twice a year, they recruit people for one job then quickly change directions and place them into another role and you only have two choices to either accept it or leave. They spend recklessly on trying to build their own CRM solution, 4 yrs in, over 2 million dollars and still no reasonable solution that will support the multiple lines of businesses and then argue that their 1.3% annual raise for their employees is generous.
Hopefully with the new captain/CEO at the head of the ship this organization can make a change for the better, these last five years it has been a ship without a rudder.
