I doubt you will see mass departures. Most (if not all) of the profesionals are already gone. Your "leadership" got rid of them to save money and remove competition. Most of what you have left in the sales force are just happy to be at Staples. They don't care about reduced "incentives". They are happy to collect their check, get their benefits, kiss the ring and spend most of their time kicking back. This cause a lot of complaining but very little blowback because your real producers are GONE!
