I left in mid-December and recently met up with a former co-worker that still works at Resideo. They stated that Resideo messed up peoples health insurance. People are paying for health insurance but are not covered. Resideo has told them to keep the receipts.

They have been waiting nearly 2 full months. It shouldn't take this long and proves the incompetence of the company.
Stuff happens, tell someone and get it fixed. And if it didn't happen to you, s the ef–f up.
@svk Resideo is taking money from people's paychecks for insurance but are not providing insurance.
