Well we have competitors spinning their fiber on our lines and stealing customers where I work.

New supervisor, yes you will see soon when your told to hunt down your techs and hurash them for no reason. Obviously some people are not to smart and wants to be a puppet at Frontier. Hope your strings are not to tight when they start pulling you around- be ready for your medical Bill's to go up because of stress,no sleep,lieing all the time, no raise, no bonus - no future - momma did raise a fool...
This incessant complaining isn’t helping anyone. We have the power to save Frontier. We need a commitment from everyone to right this ship. I am a relatively new supervisor and my team has been invigorated and you can too. It all starts with waking up with a new attitude. I know you all can do this!

There is nothing anyone can do to make this company better. The systems that we use are a joke. A Wendy’s drive-in is more advanced. And the network (outside of a few fiber areas) is 20 years behind the times. Combine all that with a bunch of do nothing managers who are just happy to get a paycheck and this company is doomed to be a bottom feeder for years to come.
Sorry, your full of it... 4 years that's what they have been saying, all they worry about is the techs and where they are at. Write them up or else,,,,Please focus on the customers where they are at, walking out the door because of that attitude- lieing, misleading, bad decisions from people like yourself that doesnt have a clue. This place is a joke to the communication world and what they have done to a billion dollar company. Please go places with your shirt on and see what you hear and the looks you get. They should have called it " Frontrear" they have been going backwards for 4 years , so before you lie some more - open your eyes!!!!!
All this negativity is just upsetting folks. Everyone just needs to stay positive and ask yourself what you can do to make Frontier a better company. I know it is easy to get discouraged, but remember that you are not alone. Managers, supervisors, and leads are here to help you. We care about you and our goal is to help you succeed in both work and life.

We are going to hire 100 new reps for Tampa. (Actually Tampa has lost about that many people since that whopper was being pushed by leadership).
Managers were told to hurash techs and you better write them up or you will get wrote up. What does that sound like. Got it straight from the horses mouth. They want all senior techs gone so they can break the union and use contractors to do the work. They lost the best technicians because of bad business decisions and had to leave to save their pensions. The only reason some good techs are left is because they don't have their time in 76 points to be able to leave so they are stuck!! This company has run their business in the ground and really doesn't care about customers - I've seen outages for days and no rush to fix anything- budget,budget is what we here from our managers...
