Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Leap Year

Just wondering this is the first time that we have had a leap year since going bimonthly on Managers payroll. Before we got paid for every 14 days. The question is will we / should we get paid for the extra day? CVS formula to figure bimonthly.
Yearly Salary(365 days) divided by 24 = 1 paycheck.
Just thinking

Is this seriously the level of intelligence running our stores?

Shouldn’t you get paid less since there is only 29 days and not 30 or 31 days.

We get paid by the hear, divided up into 26 equal paychecks. It doesn't matter if there is 15 days in that period or 13 days in it, we're still paid the same regardless (no, a 1¢ difference doesn't count.)

We get paid by the week. Not by the day. You’re getting a 90hr check every period regardless.

And when the year ends for that check say 12/27, it starts 12/28. There’s no extra day created.

We don’t get paid every 14 days.
We get paid the 15th and last day of the month (30 or 31)

When it falls is on a weekend or holiday it drops sooner.

But we’ll get paid this Friday.
