don’t get upset at these guys you were told exactly what they were about just look back at the history of on here, you could of stop this. Instead you listened to them and got suc k er ed into making you a contractor even if you got a union after the fact no disrespect, to contractors, they will make the decision for you this year, when they shut a t s down it will be quick so prepare and good luck.
This is such a great topic. You could try to help yourself but that may take work. It sounds like you are so overwhelmed at your current position that you don't time or the drive to make any changes for yourself. So keep praying for someone to make a change for you.
