The real crime that's going on at SWN is the total absence of intervention on the part of HR and Legal to unprofessional acts committed by the senior leadership. I witnessed an employee who is hearing impaired being made fun of by the top dogs. While HR and Legal watched and didn't say a word. Is this really the type of company that deserves to live another day?
No way an acquisition. Can’t get loan and debt too high. Maybe merger but that’s combining debt with others strapped. More likely asset sale.
I suspect the announcement is regarding how many worthless shares Way will apportion himself (it’ll be a really high number to make sure it’s millions and padded from certain future decline) and how few you will get in proportion to him.
So in other words, “status quo”! Good day!
Any speculation on what the news will be? Merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, status quo or just more reorganization with future layoffs?
