The operative word is PAY the salespeople...not annual schemes to tweek comp plan to PAY salespeople less. Get competent managers that want everyone to be successful not just the favorite sons and daughters

Anthing above an area manager, sales manager position is old and outdated. All they do is read reports and then ask for more sales. Cut the fat at the top. So many people at corporate that don't do a thing to positively contribute to the company. We are a sales company. Hire more salespeople, let them sell and pay them for their sales. You will be much better off.
