In case anyone hasn’t been paying attention check out who was kept and who was let go. Just use your eyes. Remember this day in age in this large a company, performance no longer decides whether or not you keep your job.

Company overpay the technical designer and to have assistant for them. So that they have time to go out for gym, shopping, knitting, watching movies from phone. Good luck to Macys when they let Ton of good TD out. Good luck to private band fitting (oh, can’t fit perfect even on model! So why don’t let the assistant do your job.) cause your senior technical manager do not have good fittingSkill and favor Your kiss and that why you all are there. By the way, the merit will give all from level up. Assistant to associate.TD to TD manager. So make people work hard for it. Otherwise how to make people feel positive.
Merit is actually a bad thing. It signals you might have a brain cell and creative though that is not permitted at Animal Farm.
It never has with this company.. I was lucky enough to take a voluntary buy out a few years ago.. When I saw the list of everybody else who opted for it . I was amazed it was the top people in the company at their respective jobs . Company could have cared less they just wanted the salaries gone.
They are in so much trouble they couldn’t care if they wanted too..
I say time of death for this company sometime in 2025 at the latest..
