How can NdM be the CEO of a public company while he is still with us? I realize he has been getting paid for nothing for awhile now, but this seems ridiculous.

That may be his new job or thats the company that will oversee a merger of this t–d company and some other company or some other company and pieces of whats left of this t–d company.
Or their job will be to find a buyer for the pieces of thsis t–d company.
