Hiring freeze is in place.
Any bigger changes will be after SM visit to Krk in March. Layoffs - don't think so. But moving employees between BU, teams - that one is very likely. Capacity has to be balanced with the demand so c'mon dear resources - please fix my excel charts. Dev here, dev there - doesn't matter - keep diggin, don't complain...
Well at least they have lots of postings for interns.
