RRP Question - if laid off after 1st of year

So I worked the entire 2019, received a MAP 5 - has anyone who was laid off been told they will still receive their bonus or any portion of it?

My last day was 2/20 and I did get my RRP on 2/21.

In 2016, I was let go on January 15th and did not get paid for my RRP. I was there for the entire year 2015 and contributed to hit my goal. The company refused to pay me my bonus. This happened to our entire department of 11 people.

Someone is getting 50k in severance and supposed to have gotten 10-14k rrp?! Wow, I got 1k rrp and was happy. Guess those of us lower paid are more appreciative

Just to confirm, I was informed on 2/6 that I would get RRP and in fact did get RRP deposited today (2/21) into my bank account.

I know from HR and Sr. leaders that not everyone eligible for RRP got it. But I didn’t get a clear answer as to how it was decided. I’m left with two assumptions. 1) it had to do with being laid off bc my job was eliminated, or 2) manager’s discretion.

I luckily found another job so I was going to put in my resignation on the 21st so I could receive my RRP. Whelp, had my review last week and was told I wasn't getting it because I make WAY over the salary. No raise and no RRP; I put my notice in the same day. Great review and nothing to show for it. I am p-ss-d

I’m going to meet with a labor lawyer today and discuss not getting a rrp because I was let go a day before being eligible. I didn’t even get a review and yesterday was my last day. I don’t want to forgo my severance though. I want to milk these b–tards. Any thoughts on what I should do? I will get 50k in severance but 10-14k in rrp. Not sure it’s worth it

I was denied my $300 for HSA incentive in my $600 for rally for health 2020 biometrics, I was eligible and employed for the three hundred and for the 600 they said I had to be an employee there at the time. basically, if there is a way for them to deny you money they will.

I had an employee with a 3 that got a 2500 rrp because there was so much money left on the table. I didn’t get an rrp or a review even. Today way my last day. Confirmation statements state you must be employed on 2/21 to be eligible. It’s bs..I want to sue but is it worth my severance?

You people are clowns....the paychecks got cut on Wednesday the 19th so being employed on 2/21 has nothing to do with it you half wits. The bank already has your money....you will see it Friday.

The is a conversation on the Optum board where employees laid off in December and January received letters today, saying they would be receiving their RRP.

That would be a really rotten thing to do, to not award RRPs for work performed in 2019 if you get laid off in 2020. I would definitely seek legal advice on that. Be careful about your severance, if suing for the RRP. They should be separate, but there's a list of conditions to keep your severance.

You will not get any portion of RRP unless you are actively employed on the day it is paid out 2/21/20.

Yes there is a chance you can get one if laid off depending on when. I was skeptical but people have posted they did.

The letter I received for my RRP award specifically states that you must be actively employed on the date the award is paid out in order to receive it.

You need to be employed on Friday 2/21 to be RRP eligible. It’s bs. I know employees at citi sued when they tried this
