Cut the the pay for msnagment and engineers and keep the workers

At the Wyoming R&D facility, these were not lay off's. They were terminations. Not the same thing at all! After 8 years, I was let go for no other reason than cost savings.
Typical POLARIS, boisterous, bragging, claiming to be a growth company in a saturated market, then when the market turns ever so slightly the solution is always head count reduction. With little to No concern over the lives and families they are destroying. I got laid off from there a while back just at the age where I needed the job the most. Many more stories like me out there.
