Anyone heard anything about bonuses or raises or when then they’ll be coming?

Looks like someone answered the question as to when.
2% isn't even keeping up with inflation so it's technically a pay cut
Raises will likely be the same bs 2% they have been the last few years. Lee & his cronies get fat pay raises & bonuses while the workers don't even beat inflation.
Do I detect a sense of entitlement? How about rewards based upon performance? MRO stock has been performing poorly and while there is bountiful free cash flow, it hasn't been shared with stockholders.
Payout will be on February 27-28. Raises will start after that pay period.
