Did anyone have to a sign a non-compete agreement when they joined Optum?

It truly depends on your role and the sector within the company.
I signed one when I left. 18 month agreement.
Optum doesn't have folks sign one...their bad!
Does anyone know where one would find this information ? Having started with UHC I vaguely remember something like this.. but that was over 20 years ago. Does anyone know how to verify/find out?
