Theres no reason in 2020 or 2019 why this company cannot communicate with their employees..we have sooo many resources

They can give you these complicated answers whos ceo or acring all this convoluted garbage but no excuse. Coaches communicate with their tram players..why not alliance?

It’s surprising because the company always stresses how “open and honest” they are with us. They literally tell us one thing in our faces then turn around and do the complete opposite. So yes, it was a big shock at first. Back in January 2019, I asked my direct supervisor about layoffs and if the company was having money problems. He denied everything! In a recent meeting, management blatantly refused to answer our questions! At this point, nothing they do comes as a surprise.
Since my time at ADS one of the company’s weakest things has been communication. The fact that they fail to communicate now should surprise no one.
