Major changes coming to Best Buy

PAC leadership will be offered severance and the teams will be folded into the core sales team.
MASS managers and supervisors will be restructured based on headcount and revenue band. MASS teams will also be folded into the core sales team. All appliance team bonuses will be restructured to match the core sales structure. Appliance responsibility will shift to the assistant store manager responsible for sales.
Expect this announcement early in Q1.

Just told today that as of September 25th all bol and fel will be eliminated. Good bye my fellow bol's as my 20+ year run at BB has come to an end.😩

I hate Best Buy. I used to do work for the store and one of the managers is a jerk. Setting up their displays was really difficult and some heavy lifting.

The original comment is very detailed so it makes you ponder....this could be true!
Although, many Territory Appliance trainings are currently going on or scheduled. If it is true wish they would announce it and rip the bandaid off.
