They are hiring and have been hiring in Coeur d Alene In the past few months for collections and for Fraud. I have seen other postings for other sites as well.

It makes sense that they would be hiring for some departments that are understaffed. They seem to be hiring for care and collections associates and I don't know of any layoffs of associates in those departments.
I just wish they would have offered the people that were laid off the chance to move into one of the understaffed departments instead of being laid off. I don't know how many would have taken the option since it would have meant a pay cut and different scheduling requirements for most of them, but it would have been a nice option.
