So Round 2 will probably be initiated through the annual Performance Evaluation process. DM'S and Department Heads will send in their associate rating to HR and then HR will send back to the supervisor. HR will rate all associates they want to terminate a 2 and tell the supervisor to write an annual review to support the 2 rating. The associates receiving a 2 for the 2019 annual review will be terminated for poor performance and will not be considered part of a corporate restructuring and therefore will not qualify for a severance package.

"Round 2 is currently happening. Before the the fiscal year starts on February 2nd. No bonus payout and your officially off the books for budgeting for 2020. Anyone have any idea what the hell phase 3 is or could be?"

Where is your info coming from? Is this company wide, middle management like the youtube report says?

Unfortunately Tennessee is an employment-at-will state, so any legal action gets thrown out the window, unless of course it’s a case of obvious age/race/gender discrimination. So these crooked corrupt pieces of garbage get away with their shady actions.

@133tgHvV-1jrx Correct. It is happening in Nashville. If they start setting expectation that are not reachable - start being super nit picky, putting you on perfection or else improvement plans with write ups, your time is probably not long with the company.

It has already begun. They are just doing it under the radar by firing people individually, and not at the same time. Happening in Nashville.
