RUN FOR UR LIFE ALLIANCE S—S
Alliance stinks
@133bn1Kb-4hmn What a SHEEPISH response! Of course you're gonna stay at a place where a pay a somewhat decent, but to accept the phony culture is beyond any sane person's compression. You do you boo! When they pull your number sista/bro then you'll understand why people have been speaking out with the truth. I didn't ask you to leave. As a matter of fact, why don't you mention the word 'UNION' so that everyone can be treated with true fairness. If ADS is serious on revamping its culture and being the GREAT bank/credit card company that it portrays itself to be, then they have a chance. Question your leaders. Learn about the business. Don't follow with blind obedience. And if you're not part of a specific committee to engage the employees then maybe you should be, so that you can make a difference instead of writing nonsense. Let's see what you uncover with this homework assignment. I challenge you to get rise from your desk and investigate the business from within. Join the Career Enrichment Program for starters. Then come back when you're well informed rather than spouting superficial statements. HELP us, your colleagues, don't bring us down with complacency.
Alliance doesn't give you 152 days off! 18 days of PTO plus some holidays, if you are picked to work, s you work the holiday. Put down the cup and stop drinking the Kool-aid. They could be a better company but they choose not to be. It's a sad day when people lose their jobs, outsourced to India and the Philippines. They are in a downward spiral and the signs are there for them to go belly up. It's all about money. Obviously they don't care about their employees and the families they support.
What ever....I am not on any committees but spin it however you want to. I am still working making decent money, like my supervisor and co workers. I am staying put. Hope you find other work that you are happy with. I don't think that you miss Alliance Data too much which is good the people I feel for are those who really wanted their jobs and wish they were still there.
Must be a member from the associate engagement committee who wrote the initial dribble for this post. AGAIN, when you're badly treated after years of working there with much loyalty, then and only then will you understand how you've been truly undervalued! Be happy with all the worthless swag they give you and their contribution to one's diabetes with their candy desk drops. Wake up and smell their cheap syrupy concentrated coffee from their coffee machine. UNBELIEVABLE!
I am going to this I do like working for Alliance Data. They give us 152 PTO days off a year plus six paid holidays. The pay is not bad. I am very sad and hurt about the layoffs and the way that went down. I am not thrilled about the outsourcing and I do believe some very irresponsible and foolish decisions have been made. I am hoping the climate does change for better and they stop outsourcing as I believe it will really turn people and customers away. I know I have already had several complaints regarding our offshore people But I would like to see Alliance Data turn itself around and make good sound business decisions and put value on their employees again. I would like to keep my job with Alliance Data. And I wonder honestly if some offshore person is not making a bunch of post on this board attempting to discourage us US workers. Verbiage sentence structure in general on some post would suggest that or a very illiterate person.
I loved it too, for 25 years. They did not feel the same about me, clearly.
Worst job ever in my life.
I left with joy couldnt take it.
I was being sarcastic lol
I am sorry where do you work? I am happy that the Camelot where you are is so happy. I myself am in Dante’s inferno. I have never understood where those people work who voted that place best place to work. I myself don’t want good people to be harmed by the future of that company but I don’t think it is a good place. I am not going to pretend that I like it. So I have one foot out the door and hope that it soon hits me on the way out.
