Few people suggested in previous posts to forget what happened in MetricStream and move on. Everyone can suggest lot because they are not the one who faced the situation.
Move on is not easy when you get fired because of politics not because of your performance.

Move on is not easy when you left your family and personal life and worked hard for the company for years and your manager fired you because he don’t like you doing good job.
Move on is not easy when your manager says you will be the last person to touch in case lay-offs and keep quite while someone taking decision to fire you.
Move on is not easy when your manager’s boss and manager don’t like each other’s work that effected you and get fired because you follow your boss.

So many more reasons for me to write reviews in different forums and this will continue till my last breath or A’s and AB’s are kicked out of the company. MetricStream is a wonderful company but these A’s and V’s changed it to one of the greatest places to learn politics. A’s and V’s work for their personal benefits and use company for their personal profit not for company growth. My motivation is to stop people joining here and work with A’s and V’s - they are outdated in technology, skill set, management process except politics. If someone more interested learning corporate politics they can join but not genuine candidates who want to work and learn.
