File a petition and save all document (email, chats, meeting notice, etc.) to prove your job is being outsourced. Get extra months of unemployment, training, and health care savings.

Yes almost every state is at will
NOW go on indeed and start harassing the folks leaving truthful comments about how roofless that place is. Barbaric savages

But most companies have a moral.obligations to the community
No other company fires folks in such an inhumane way ever. There are billion dollar companies that give their employees advance notice
Oh yes research i worked for a few.
Just outeight lying to them then fire them and leave the rest of the employees with no resources
Psychologist would agree its morally wrong how they fired folks. No arguing that.
Don't know about other states but Ohio is an at will work State.
When I started employment with alliance data my paper work said either side can terminate the contract at anytime.
They did go to indeed and look at the reviews
This one h/r rep said she worked 7 days a week then called them in a conference room and fired them.
Makes sense because when they do the remaining firings Alliance can just say well talk to India
They dont want employees having someone to deal with directly
They just want their employees thrown out in the most hostile way
Makes sense since most of the company is/will be based out of India in the future....
