Ok.. many companies go through transition
When they do they always have the new ceo send an email out introducing themselves and how they want to be apart of the new companies future, what their mission statement is etc.
WARNING.. NOTICE YOU DONT GET THAT FROM RALPH THE NEW CEO .. not any emails from any type of mgt about the vast changes
REASON: THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS
Get a clue folks. Stand up legally stop letting them do you like this. Walk out leave them high and dry.
They already dismantled human resources and they are now in India

I love the fact we receive no emails
Nor communcation. I wouldnt have it anybother way. I like to be kept on my toes while im loyal to alliance. It works great!
I fully trust alliance will do their employees right

Believe me i worked for a major global company of which i still get a pension from
ANYWAYS they always kept their employees informed
There is absolutely nooo excuse especially
When you are running a company and you are trying to work towards a daily goal.
Companies are not ran like that.
Its like having. A Football team and the coach isnt talking.
They cant talk 2 their employees then why are they there right now? Oh i know but it would fly right over your head.

They are tanking and charging personal things on the corporate credit cards and accounts

For someone who is no longer employed at ADS you surely are invested in this company. And if people actually sought out fact they would know Charles Horn used to be the CFO and retired a few years ago but remained on the board of directors. When Melisa stepped down, he was appointed acting CEO. There was a memo released by Melisa stating all this information. It’s not my fault or anyone else’s that your so called “friends” do not check or read their emails. In addition, Charles horn released another memo regarding the second round of lay offs and again to address the move of Westerville into Easton. You must be waiting for your check down at welfare since you have this much time on your hands to post so much about a company you no longer work for in almost a year.

You need to seek professional help. I’m truly worried for you. You are causing yourself unnecessary stress. Why commit so much time and energy on here? If you put half as much effort into finding a new job as you do in commenting on and creating new threads you would probably be successful.

where's charles horn at? where are his emails to the company?
how many emails has he sent to the employees of ADS? huh? NONE ! in fact many employees dont even know who charles horn is. When Melissa was CEO- which was basically another slick way to execute their bank heist, why didnt she send any emails to the employees?
No she sent stupid emails like.. oh i worked putting c-gare–e butts out i read the emails and they were sketchy
No company not even Burger King does their employees like that.

NONE> I know because even once I left there, I still have many friends that work at various centers there that keep me updated as to whats going on.
You are bankrupt of morals. stop harassing me on this site.
Now folks go read 2018 Annual report as I stated posts ago, that was a pivotal year for ADS they moved property and shifted names that year.
It is not NORMAL for a company to go through so many changes and not keep their employees posted via email even if its not sincere. They dont do this because they are firing them and most of the things this company does is criminal. An elaborate HEIST and even the shareholders are victims. as they lie to them

I imagine from the massive layoffs they are working double time i. Human resources processing paperwork, etc. Then they are anticipating more massive layoffs
So what do they do?
They hire offshore to mitigate cost. They trained the u.s. human resources to train the india location because india human resources will be inundated with so much paperwork processing 1000's of layoffs.
