ACCOUNTABILITY?! When ADS has created and nurtured the bad behaviors from their so-called valued customers? What a joke! For years the phone associates have endured the abuse from customers who been trained to act unprofessional as a means to get what they want. Yes, the customers are afforded the privilege to call customer care and shouldn't have the right to abuse the employees, yet they do and ADS doesn't put in place an EFFECTIVE process to sanction these bad behaviors. It's 50/50 accountability for both ADS and its customers. So before anyone assigns blame to just one party, be sure to take a look at the bigger picture and present ALL the facts!
