The financial controller is doing another job within WFT but watch out on Friday Jan 31. The hammers will be coming down on some. It could be a good day to call in sick and stay home.
Just another rumor. All of them directors, managers are still roaming around.
They only way to transform is to hit the top, they have dwindled down the workforce so low we can't hardly follow the processes and get anything done.
Financial controller for the transformation was let go so they are starting to hit the top. Not that that is going to help anything at this point.

Unless they are getting rid of the upper management hangers on that keep getting shuffled around I wouldn't expect this to result in more efficient operation. Wasn't fixing the supply chain issues a Wave initiative starting back in early 2018?
