"Tell me about it. The usual management parasites are managing to invent new titles and roles for themselves hoping to try and save their worthless hides."

If that is the "winning strategy", then you will need to go to Halliburton to do it right, as they are, and have long been the best in the business at inventing new titles and positions to keep the 'golden boys' in a job.

The financial controller is doing another job within WFT but watch out on Friday Jan 31. The hammers will be coming down on some. It could be a good day to call in sick and stay home.

They only way to transform is to hit the top, they have dwindled down the workforce so low we can't hardly follow the processes and get anything done.

Financial controller for the transformation was let go so they are starting to hit the top. Not that that is going to help anything at this point.

Unless they are getting rid of the upper management hangers on that keep getting shuffled around I wouldn't expect this to result in more efficient operation. Wasn't fixing the supply chain issues a Wave initiative starting back in early 2018?
