Back office is the sales support areas that are not customer facing. So with no new customers and existing customers leaving, they don't have much to do.
You do understand that a warn notice only needs to be filed on the same day of the action as long as a 60 day notification period is given, right? That’s what happened in November
What is meant by "back-office"
