Thread regarding Alliance Data Systems Corp. layoffs

150 more layoffs before the end of March

150 more layoffs before the end of March in Ohio
Q2-4, they will start working on Westminster
After they transition the displaced ones from Westerville, they will be fired after they fulfill their obligation to the City for the tax rebate they received. They will then make Easton a mixed use location. Like an office building with other companies there but with the Alliance Marquee still on the building until it is bought. They will sell their client database before 2021 to another company.
Melissa 2020 vision was fulfilled. Make the most money as quick as possible and run.
Investors should be livid as the insiders of that company knew 5 yrs ago the direction of the company

So id you go to indeed
A human resources consultant posted a review they had coolorado working 7 days a week
They abruptly called them into a conference call told them their jobs have been outsourced to India
So h/r is in india
I imagine its to prepare India for the massive layoffs processing all that paperwork
So there ya go. Ask human resources reps that used to work there they will tell u
Also there are reviews of other insiders and collaborators that seen firsthand whats going on on other sites.

Lets.see the proxy statement later this month
You will see what I am stating aligns with the demise of them.
No coming back or rebound
Only way out is to merge or sell
And when that happens it usually means more jobs gone

If you go way back sisnt i warn people if you want to find out about the health of a company, ask their vendors?
Security at westerville knew well before the employees in that they were finding out their contracts were not being extended etc.
Next facilities knew something was amiss in that they probably seen a decline in requesting and ordering supplies such as toilet paper and soap
Then westerville sends a sorry email out apologizing for no soap or toilet paper
You pay attention to the very small things
They will give you VERY BIG CLUES

They say 600 will come to Easton?
So you really think that's true? More like 200 more layoffs aka firings when they move them to Easron
So in total since october 580 folks layed off from october through now..
Colorado's very expensive to run and thats the entire point why they will be coming for westminister in a few months. It will continue kind of like the demise of toys r us.
Future will only get better once you leave that place. THEIR HEALTHCARE PLAN IS A SHAM ALSO

i notice broad st. also did alot of manuevering with seats, not sure what to make of that. They will slowly layoff there but it wont be as noticeable. They may slash 10% of their employee base.
