AllScripts has less of a share 6%, than 'none or other' at 9%. They have consistently lied saying they are in 3rd place in the market when reality has them at 6th or 7th place. Customer attrition is occurring at an astounding rate. Sales and Revenue growth is at -14.95%. That's minus 15% in English! No company can operate very long that way. Even with the infusion of cash from a $566 million sale or one of their business units last year.

Black Book and other company awards were always looked at as sales tools. Unless it was required by a customer or large sales prospect, Allscripts doesn’t care.

Here is some information about the clients leaving in droves, and this is only hospitals

When factoring overall wins and losses for U.S. acute care hospitals, Epic led the pack, gaining 121 accounts, Cerner added 100, and athenahealth won five new contracts overall. The remaining players logged overall losses with Allscripts down by 28 hospitals, MEDITECH dropping 18, CPSI losing 6, and MEDHOST down by 5. eClinicalWorks neither gained nor lost accounts in 2018, according to the report.

Leaving in droves? Is there actual data to support that claim or is it the usual hyperbole typical of this site?

Oh, so it's just a feature checklist. No verification/testing is performed.

The company makes sure their application has the specific information requested by Black Book. It doesn't matter how well it works or if the clients are satisfied. This allows them to get a top store even though the clients hate the application. As stated Allscripts uses this as a sales pitch to try and lure clients in. Once clients use the systems they can see they were mislead and leave as soon as the contract is up.

Please provide some details on what the "great lengths" the company used to go to to get the reviews are.

The company used to go to great lengths to ensure it gots wins for those awards - it was a specific initiative from Paul Black to improve sales messaging.
