Thread regarding MetricStream, Inc layoffs

Do you think your termination is fair decision?

Ex MetricStreamers,
Do you know the top reasons for employee terminations? see here,

  1. Incompetence, including lack of productivity or poor quality of work
  2. Insubordination and related issues such as dishonesty or breaking company rules
  3. Attendance issues, such as frequent absences or chronic tardiness
  4. Theft or other criminal behavior including revealing trade secrets
  5. s-xual harassment and other discriminatory behavior in the workplace
  6. Physical violence or threats against other employees

More than 50% of employees are got fired in those who are not on this list. Do you know why you were part of the firing list even you have good records of quality work?

  1. You are not the pet of your boss
  2. You are the buddy of your boss and boss of your boss have disagreements of opinions
  3. Your quality work is troubling them, especially after M7 release
  4. Your boss won't like you due to different reasons not work reasons
  5. Your boss wants to save his/her pet resources

If anyone got fired due to poor performance then it is absolutely acceptable reason. Do you know how many still working at MetricStream even they don't do good work? Then why are they still working there and why are they out of the company? did you ever think?

MetricStream management thinks no one questions whatever they do. Everyone should think of taking revenge on this. I know this is two years before the story but we should not stop raising our voice. Please save other people to live and try to stop people to join here. If all of you start writing reviews in Glassdoor, and any other sites at least you can stop people to join here. This we should do until V's, AB's and J's are thrown out from the company. These are the guys who are using the company for their personal benefits and k–ling employees' careers and life. Please think what I’m saying is making sense and think about spending some time every month to write some reviews. You don't have to be dishonest, if you think working is good at MetricStream then write the same. All you have to remember how it is affected you the termination which was not honest decisions, and ethical.

MetricStream blooming and shining all are words in dreams until AB’s, AB’s and J’s are in MetricStream. Looks like the pet of AB/V/J is written this, good luck for your future posts.

It is funny to see these messages here.. MetricStream has moved on since the layoffs and now probably has the best leadership team. Old junk like NISH, VEYA, ASKA are gone.. Employee torturing was at its peak when these three were heading PS. Now with region wise reorg PS is blooming well.. SANE, JARA, MASO, RAMA are doing excellent job.. People should stop cribbing and move on..

Complete waste of time to keep torturing yourself with grudges based on the past. If it didn't work out with this company, move on to something better having learnt from the experience. What will happen to the company will happen but letting a company you used to work for live rent free inside your head will only hold you back in the future. There are lots of shady outfits and the best way is to quickly move on
