instead of new CEO’s why have they not figured out that the entire executive level needs to be sent packing. bring on new blood with new ideas. No the same people to do the same things over and over and over. If you haven’t been able to sort it out in 20+ years, why are you given another chance ? When you look up crazy in the dictionary, you get a picture of HS org chart.
Place is a dumpster fire.
The directors and senior directors in that org are a cancer. It's astonishing how they'd conduct themselves in leadership meetings. They're a lot of whiny babies who refuse to get onboard. That's where the house cleaning needs to happen if anything is to be done to increase HS profitability.
My bet is to short ssnc, no way they're going to have a good result this quarter!
How can We even attempt to be successful when the head honcho changes every 6 months? It’s like some sort of twisted joke. I can’t believe we have any customers left.
