IXYS management does not live in present; they are not in tune with what’s happening on the ground. They are not flexible and they do not have understanding of what the employee wants. Processes we currently have are broken and slow, tools are outdated and need a refresh and people do not collaborate like you’d expect IXYS to do.
We are always reactive, patching, system upgrades, etc. All of it is late. All reactive, 100% - no proactive planning takes place. They invest in you very little and your career will not flourish here, period. We’ll see what happens next but for now, it’s not good. Captain Bligh continues to be clueless and self-centered.
