Pump & dump? I've not seen any news or rumors that McD's management has done anything to cause a run up in price. The company continues to land new work and some of the older projects are finishing up, could be the company turns itself around. I worked at McD long enough to know it has some top notch workers, professionals. Hope they can work themselves out of this ditch, would be an amazing turn around, save peoples jobs. Hopefully, if that happens, then cast off the incompetent managers, including DD, never understood why he pushed CB&I, it was common knowledge CB&I was a loser.

delisted from the NYSE, read the article, it's self explanatory, approx. 6mo to get the stock price up $1.00 before it is delisted.
