Same old game, leadership in construction is terrible. Grudges, lacking communication and talking down to people. Especially those who have been demoted numerous times and still a leader??

what does being demoted or a job title have to do with being a leader? Some janitors are better leaders than the VPs at Williams. Just because you are forced to follow the orders of someone who has a management title and calls themselves a leader does not necessarily make them a leader.
