Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Telesales Turnover Surge

Huge jump in senior leader changes in Telesales. The leader of all of Telesales left in Sept to work for Ceridian after 20 years with ADP. Both Major Accounts DVP’s left Telesales roles in the past year each with over 20 years with ADP. Now there are many Telesales VP’s all leaving. TotalSource DVP from telesales also left less than 2 years ago after over a decade with ADP.

Now ADP is shifting the chairs around and sending senior leaders from the field sales to run Telesales.

Sure seems like a lot of moves to repair vacant roles. Not sure why Telesales is seeing this spike in turnover and change in senior leadership. I wonder if anyone will start to look at Tom Perotti as the catalyst for a ton of negative changes in sales. Sure seems like his predecessor Ed Flynn ran a much steadier ship.

Tom Perotti was a total disaster when he was in charge of Major account CSR's. After he made a mess of that and clients started leaving, they moved him to make a disaster out of Telesales, it sounds like from the original posters comment.

Didn’t ADP just open a huge telesales building in Pennsylvania (I thought I heard PA)?
Perhaps they left because they saw the writing on the wall and got out before they either were asked to relocate or leave.

NAS has seen a lot of senior leadership departures as well. Many with tenure, but also some newer executives.
