What a toxic environment ....
Everywhere I turn it’s filled with incompetence, s— up with zero knowledge, backstabbing and taking the company as their own piggy bank.... it’s so unbelievable when I tell my buddies outside they are freaked out and wonder how that company can function!

I'm so glad I left Honeywell right before the spin-off, but I feel horrible for everybody stuck in this mess. Hang in there and do know the grass really greener outside Rezi. Nobody should have tolerate this c**p.

Your behavior is just what resi has become.... a hostile environment driven by some suction pumps that are not bright but very orally skilled...
1bgn - and these "superstars" that are going to be put in leadership spots (some already are) are the main reason we were spun. Look at some of the disasters, Das, DAS pro, jasper, WLD, lyric round...

Torch - yea, somethings being torched...its our stock price.
Storm - is this even a real thing any more.
4 years into reiteration issues - still cant fix this.

Lumina - other than some .Jpgs..its does nothing.
Buoy - should be renamed to ...huge mistake, overpaid money pit. good luck re-engineering this disaster from the ground up. BTW....wasnt really released and a "pro" coulnd get it registered as recently as last week.
Geo-fencing - we shoud just stop trying to fix this and remove it...its an embarrassment at this point.
and then there's the persistent outages and availability issues with current stuff. newsflash...Reboots and restarting services inst really a fix
BTW- the house cleaning has started and will continue well into the new year....next week will be interesting

Is most likely one of those oral masters that talk well but achieve nothing... so what did you drive as outcomes? Look where resi is after a year of rsi boy backstabbing and managing through fear and empire building ? Dragonfly? What a piece of junk. Torch? Your minions can’t make it work as they play games everyday... what else did you achieve? Something real... no ? That’s what I was thinking, threats and backstabbing .... and wearing silly flip flop ....

I don’t wish my own extinction. I’m just saddened (really devastated) by the rapid plunge this business has taken from being a leader to becoming largely irrelevant due to incompetence and neglect.
So many lies and exaggerations here indeed. It’s like you people are wishing your own extinction. Be careful what you wish for what you end up homeless as I know most of you are over 50 and have high salaries
6tmT - spot on!!! I've have been in many companies before Rezi and several years at Hon and i've never seen anything like this. EVERY aspect and EVERY function severally broken and getting worse by the day (literally). I too have discussed outside and people actually think I'm exaggerating or making stuff up...lol

This is like saying you are in Germany circa 1942 and going around as people ar ebeing rounded up and saying well if you don't like what the Germans are doing....drive the outcomes / behaviors and force change.....and dont forget too think happy thoughts and click your heels together three times..
